שֵׁירm. (b. h. שֵׁרוֹת pl.; preced.) chain, necklace, bracelet, ring. Sabb.V, 1 סיס בש׳ the horse may be let out (on the Sabbath) with his chain (or ring); וכל בעלי הש׳וכ׳ and all chain-wearing animals ; Tosef. ib. IV (V), 4. B.
